Senior Beauty Therapist

Tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside, this Clinic offers clients a chance to escape from the high pressures of modern life and experience high quality beauty and spa and aesthetic treatments in a beautiful Cotswold period barn conversion.

Offering a wide selection of beauty, spa and aesthetic treatments from nails, waxing, massage and facial treatments to the latest clinical treatments such as Hydra Facial, Chemical peels, Microneedling, Light therapy and transformational facials.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, friendly and well-presented senior beauty therapists to join this award winning team to deliver competent high quality beauty therapy treatments and services to the clientele.

You will assist the managers/receptionists in the day to day running of the salon and carry out some managerial duties in their absence or during holiday cover.

You will help to mentor, train, and develop junior staff members and act as a role model.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for full and part time therapists, the hours can be flexible with either a 4- or 5-day working rota.

We would like you to be NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with 2 years working in a spa, clinic, or salon. 

Be competent in Massage.

Be confident to talk to clients in a professional and friendly manner with a smile.

Have the ability to work effectively within the team and independently.

Have good interpersonal skills.

Every other Saturday off.

Two late evenings a week.

Or every weekend off and work four late evenings.

Salary from £12.50 (depending on experience) plus commission.

Full training will be given - inductions usually take 1 -2 weeks – as we are incredibly thorough.
