Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and highly experienced full time Aesthetic Therapist to deliver a wide range of beauty, skin and aesthetic treatments with precision, professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality beauty and advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., HIFU, Micro Needling, Laser, Radio Frequency, Skin Peels.)
Conduct detailed consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Promote and upsell relevant products and services
Maintain impeccable hygiene and treatment room standards
Ensure excellent customer service — building lasting client relationships
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily clinic operations
Stay informed on new techniques, trends, and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) essential
Proven experience in delivering a wide range of aesthetic and beauty treatments
Passion for beauty, aesthetics and excellent client care
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
A confident upselling approach with a detail-driven, customer-first mindset
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
