Experienced Part-Time Receptionist, Clinic Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Leeds (LS6)

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Receptionist, Clinic Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to join our professional team at our Leeds Aesthetic clinic on a part-time, permanent basis.

Working hours (24 hours per week):

  • Tuesday: 4:30pm – 8:00pm

  • Wednesday: 9:30am – 8:00pm (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

  • Thursday: 4:30pm – 8:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Start date: Mid-April 2026

About the Role

This is a multi-faceted position combining front-of-house reception, hands-on clinical support, and social media content creation as a key responsibility.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a busy reception environment, support the clinical team during peak times, and play an active role in creating engaging, high-quality social media content that reflects the clinic’s brand and standards.

This is not a basic reception role—it requires a proactive, capable individual who can contribute across several areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception & Administration

  • Managing a busy phone line and handling enquiries professionally

  • Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently

  • Managing and responding to a high-volume email inbox

  • Carrying out administrative duties using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

  • Maintaining accurate clinic and compliance logs, including:

  • Cleaning schedules and clinic checklists

  • Legionella water temperature logs

  • Fridge and room temperature monitoring

  • Fire alarm checks, fire drills, and incident reporting

  • Scanning and submitting documentation to senior management

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

Clinic Assistant Duties (Wednesdays)

  • Supporting therapists and doctors during busy clinic sessions

  • Preparing patients for treatment (e.g. cleansing skin, applying numbing cream)

  • Taking clinical photographs

  • Cleaning, preparing, and turning around treatment rooms efficiently

  • Assisting with general clinic flow to ensure smooth operations

Social Media (Key Part of the Role)

  • Leading and supporting social media content creation

  • Filming treatments and behind-the-scenes content

  • Creating reels and short-form video content

  • Contributing creative ideas aligned with current trends and clinic branding

  • Supporting the growth and consistency of the clinic’s online presence

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a clinic, healthcare, or high-end customer-facing environment

  • Is highly reliable and punctual

  • Is confident multitasking in a fast-paced setting

  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Has experience managing busy inboxes and phone lines

  • Is comfortable working in a hands-on clinical support role

  • Has a professional, polished, and discreet manner

  • Demonstrates initiative, common sense, and forward-thinking

  • Has a strong interest in aesthetics and social media content creation, with an eye for detail and branding

Experience with Pabau software is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and team-oriented, and willing to cover full-time reception shifts (Monday–Friday) during periods of annual leave.

£12.71 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
