Spa Therapist – Luxury 5-Star Hotel & Spa, Near Ascot, Berkshire

We are seeking a highly professional and qualified Spa Therapist to join the team at a prestigious five-star hotel and spa near Ascot. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-standard treatments and impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently excellent treatments.

• Provide personalised aftercare and expert product recommendations.

• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation at all times.

• Perform a full range of treatments (massage makes up over 50% of our services).

• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and professionally presented.

• Work collaboratively with the spa team and adapt to guest needs and schedule changes.

• Support reception and spa operations as needed.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC preferred).

• Proficient in deep tissue massage.

• Previous experience in a luxury spa setting.

• High attention to detail and polished appearance.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary ranges from £26k - £31.5k dependant on experience, plus you also receive service charge of £3.5k to £4k on top of your annual salary.
